Our Policies


Appointments

At this time we are unable to accommodate walk-in clients. We kindly ask that all appointments are scheduled in advance.
If you are unable to keep your appointment please call or contact us at least 48 hours in advance to cancel for non wedding or non special events.

Bridal Appointments:

We understand the importance of your special day. It is life changing! That being stated we like to have enough time with you to help you prepare for your big day. We ask that all Bridal Packages be booked the minimum of 90 days in advance. We love to take our time with our bridal parties and ensure the best is given from us. Should you need to book an appointment in less than 90 days, please contact us Booking@glambellabeautystudio.com or go to our Contact page.

Cancellation/Deposit fees:

At this time a deposit is required to hold your appointment.
The deposit invoice must be paid to hold the appointment slot. Should the invoice not be paid within 24 hours of receipt the appointment will be released.

Deposits are Required for all Major event and Bridal Packages. The deposit fee is posted towards the balance of your service. Should you need to cancel, please review the cancellation policy.


$50.00 deposit for all Extension & Hair Coloring services.
25-50% deposit for Special Event and Bridal Packages

$25.00 deposit for all other services.

No deposit is required for consultations.

Late arrivals:

Your time is very important. We set special time for you. If you are running late you will be given a 10 minute grace period. Anytime after, a $15.00 fee will be charged for each 10 minute time frame. No show after 15 minutes your appointment will be released and your deposit will be non refundable.

Consultations:

There is no fee required with our consultations. It is the opportunity for discussions and evaluations on your needs. It is also the time for us to provide you with adequate information in regards to your needs.

For consultations in states or locations other than South Florida, we will be happy to hold the makeup consultation via Skype. However, all hair consultations must be in a face-to face meeting.

Cancellation Policies:

Event Cancellations :

*If for any reason you must cancel your reservation 1 week prior to the event you will be
refunded the 50% security deposit. If for any reason you must cancel your reservation less than 1 week prior, but more than 48 hours prior to the event you will not be refunded the deposit. Should you cancel 48 hours or less before the event, you will be responsible for the total balance due. At Glam Bella we take business with our client family very seriously. We put a lot of time and attention toward our clients and their big day. If there is a cancellation, it is very difficult to re-book that date which will result in a loss of wages for Glam Bella’s Makeup Artists. If you need to change your reservation date within 1 week prior to the event there may be a $25 reservation change fee. If you change your reservation date less than 1 week from the event there may be a $50 reservation change fee.

Hair Services & Makeup Service Cancellation:

*If for any reason you must cancel your reservation 48 hours or less prior to your appointment you will not be refunded the security deposit. If for any reason you must cancel your reservation more than 48 hours prior to your appointment you will be refunded the deposit fee. At Glam Bella we
take business with our client family very seriously. We put a lot of time and attention toward our client family. If there is a cancellation, it is very difficult to re-book that date which will result in a loss of wages for Glam Bella’s Stylist/Makeup Artist.

If you do not call, or show to an appointment, no future appointments will be booked.


Payments Accepted:

Cash, Money Order, Cashiers Check, and all major Credit Cards are accepted. No personal check payments are accepted.

Hair Products:

We believe that the proper products with the right ingredients and care make the biggest difference in healthy hair. That is why we only use premium salon quality products that are only available to professionals, We also, sought out private vendors to provide us with premium quality hair extensions. We are committed to your healthy hair journey and will do our best to ensure that you have a successful one.

Makeup Products:

We believe that the proper products with the right ingredients and care make the biggest difference. This is why we only use products that have been tested and approved by Glam Bella Beauty Studio staff and affiliates. Your skin is important to you and very important to us. We strive to keep it healthy with every touch.

Discounts:

We appreciate you! To show our appreciation we provide discounts in addition to our low prices. To take advantage of the discounts make sure you are bringing the promotion when services are rendered so will you charged the correct pricing. Discounts are not to be combined with other offers.
